Stayed here for a family getaway for Storyland. Rooms were clean and location is very quiet. Our grandson was along with us and loved all the play grounds.
Very clean. Stayed here to take our kids to story land and Laguna Kahuna. Our kids had just as much fun at North Colony Hotel playing on the playground structures.
We have stayed at the North Colony Motel several times over the years, both in the motel rooms and once in a cottage. It's always been very clean, comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. The location is very convenient to Attitash, located about midway between that ski resort and the Bartlett town center. There used to be a pretty good restaurant in Bartlett called Cabin Fever (later renamed Northern Bites) that seems to have closed permanently, so the best options require driving to North Conway or Jackson; that's the reason I gave 4 stars on the location. Bart's Deli and General Store, also located in Bartlett, is pretty good but perpetually short staffed (and they know it, they have a "Help Wanted" sign on the door).
Our stay at the North Colony Motel was very pleasant. We had some issues when first arriving but Paul was very patient and helpful. Customer service alone is worth the 5 stars. The room itself was also very clean with some good amenities such as extra blankets and pillows, our group did appreciate the smart tv which allowed us to watch much more than just regular cable. All in all, very pleased and will heavily consider staying here again while visiting.
We were in the area for a wedding and found this cute and comfortable motel to stay at! I enjoyed the screened in porch and the little coffee pots in the rooms the owners were very friendly and rooms were clean! They had lots of fun stuff here like a pool, playground area, and fire pits. The nature surrounding the motel was beautiful. I'll stay again if I'm ever back in the area
Obviously an older building but the rooms are up to date. Key-card locks on the doors. Rooms are “outside” entry, but enclosed in a glass walkway to create a buffer from the wind and elements.
The cleanest motel I have ever seen with a modern decent size bathroom. Location was great in the heart of the Presidential range but close to North Conway. The owners are so very nice and personable and can’t do enough for you.
We have stayed at the North Colony Motel many times. It has always been clean, comfortable and affordable. The owners are always pleasant and helpful! Even called us when we forgot a couple of things in our room! It's a wonderful place and we highly recommend it!
